摘要
建立了一种快速检测淀粉中顺丁烯二酸的高效液相色谱方法。确定的实验条件为:利用1 0%的乙醇提取样品,采用Shim-packVP-ODS柱(4.6 mm×1 50 mm,5μm),柱温3 0℃,检测波长2 20 nm,采用十六烷基三甲基溴化铵磷酸缓冲液与8 0%乙腈的混合物(体积比为8 0∶2 0)为流动相,流速1.0 mL/min。在确定的实验条件下,顺丁烯二酸在5~100 mg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数r=0.9999,平均回收率为9 8.56%,RSD=1.70%。本方法灵敏度高,结果准确、可靠,可以用于淀粉中顺丁烯二酸的含量检测。
By high performance liquid chromatography,a quick method to detect maleic acid in starch has been established.The set experiment conditions are: 10% ethanol for sample extraction,Shim-pack VP-ODS Column(4.6 mm× 150 mm,5 μm) with temperature 30 ℃and detective wavelength 220 nm,mobile phase made of cetyltrimethyl ammoniumbromide buffer and 80% ethyl ester with volume proportion 80 ∶20 and flow rate 1.0 mL/min.Under such experiment conditions,the maleic acid has a good linear relation within the range of 5 ~100 mg/L(r = 0.999 9),average recovery rate 98.56% and RSD 1.70%.The method is sensitive,accurate,and reliable enough to be used to determine maleic acid in starch.
