摘要
给出了用有限元分析软件ANSYS对大型负游隙四点接触球轴承进行接触分析的方法,并以某转盘轴承为例,计算空载时负游隙下钢球与内、外圈滚道之间的法向接触压力。结果表明:负游隙时轴承发生四点接触,接触区域为椭圆形,最大接触应力出现在钢球与外圈滚道的接触面上。ANSYS有限元分析结果的精度取决于模型网格尺寸,接触部位的网格尺寸要小于接触椭圆长半轴尺寸,同短半轴尺寸相适应。
Contact analysis by ANSYS is performed on large-sized four point contact ball bearing with negative internal clearance.Taking a certain slewing bearing as an example,the normal contact loads between balls and inner/ outer ring tract are computed with different negative internal clearance under zero applied load.The results show that four point contact of the bearing happens when the internal clearance is negative and the contacting area oval.The maximum contacting stress arises on the interface between ball and the outer ring tract.The accuracy of ANSYS finite element analysis will determine the mesh size of the model,that is,the contacting mesh size is smaller than the contacting oval’s major semi-axis but matches the minor semi-axis.
