摘要
排气噪声是车辆噪声中的主要噪声源。排气消声器是降低排气噪声最主要的消声装置。在扩张式消声器的噪声特性分析中,采用有限元分析软件Hypermesh和声振软件Sysnoise,分别对消声器进行建模和内部声场分析计算。结果表明:消声器传递损失幅值大小由消声器的扩张比决定,扩张室长度影响其传递损失频带的带宽。
The exhaust noise is the main source of the vehicle noises.Exhaust muffler is the foremost muffler device to reduce the exhaust noise.In this paper,the noise characteristics analysis of the expansion muffler has been carried out,using the finite element analysis software Hypermesh and sound vibration software Sysnoise for modeling and internal sound field calculation.The results show that the muffler transmission loss amplitude depends on expansion ratio of the muffler,and the expansion chamber length influences the bandwidth of transmission loss band.
