基于TPB理论修正的农民工返乡创业意愿影响因子研究——以江西省262名农民工微观数据为例

Research of Influencing Factors on Migrant Workers-returning Entrepreneurial Intentions Based on TPB Modify-Theory——A Case Study of Jiangxi Province

基于TPB理论修正和江西省17个县262名返乡创业农民工有效样本数据,利用因子分析和结构方程模型,从主观规范、创业态度、风险感知和感知行为控制四个潜变量来探讨返乡农民工创业意愿影响路径。中国农民工创业正处于生存型创业和机会型创业并立状态,并有逐步向机会型创业过渡的趋势;风险感知和家庭成员意见均对农民工创业意愿形成产生影响。

This article uses Factor Analysis and Structural Equation Model and adopts subjective norms, attitude toward entrepreneurship and perceived feasibility to explain migrant workers＇ entrepreneurial intention based on the TPB Modify - Theory and 262 micro - survey data of 17 countries in Jiangxi Province. This study shows Necessity - Driven Entrepreneurship and Chance - Driven Entrepreneurship is an essential part of Chinese migrant workers Entrepreneur- ship, and the importance of Chance - Driven Entrepreneurship is increasing. Migrant workers more reference opinions of family members and Perceived Risk, when they are forming entre- preneurial intention.
