知识经济时代的来临既给我国人力资源的利用创造了新的机会,又带来了严峻挑战。及时调整人力资源的开发利用模式,对于我国的可持续发展具有重要意义。
The coming of the epock of knowledge economy has brought with it the opportunities of full utilizations of human resources as well as a rigorous challenges. So, it is most importent for our continued development that we adjust the mode of utilization of human Resources.
