清热外用散的薄层鉴别研究

目的建立清热外用散的薄层色谱(TLC)鉴别方法,为控制其产品质量提供依据。方法采用薄层色谱对方中的大黄、红花、黄柏、姜黄进行定性鉴别。结果在TLC色谱中均能检测出大黄、红花、黄柏、姜黄。结论定性方法准确可行,重复性好,该方法可作为该品种的质量标准。

Objective To establish TLC method for Qingre Topical Powder,in order to control its quaity. Methods Chinese rhubarb, safflower,cork,turmeric yellow were identified by TLC method. Results Chinese rhubarb, safflower, cork, turmeric yellow could be identified by TLC. Conclusion This method is accurate and highly reproducible. It can be used for the quality control of Qingre Topical Powder.
