摘要
目的探讨经皮椎体成形联合即时手法复位治疗胸腰椎体压缩骨折的疗效,总结经皮椎体成形术的手术经验。方法 2005年1月至2010年11月,对96例(126椎)骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折,在X线透视辅助下经单侧椎弓根入路行经皮椎体成形术,评价术后3d疼痛视觉模拟评分(visualan-aloguescales,VAS)。结果 96例患者VAS评分较术前显著降低。结论经皮椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折疗效肯定,安全。
Objective To discuss percutaneous vertebroplasty instant manual reduction for the treatment of thoracic and lumbar compression fracture,by percutaneous vertebroplasty, summing up the operation experience. Methods From January 2005 to November 2010, 96 patients （126vertebrae） of thoracic and lumbar compression fracture, in X-ray fluoroscopy assisted by unilateral pedicle of vertebral arch approach of percutaneous vertebroplasty the evaluation technique three days after the pain visual analog scale （visual analogue scales, VAS）. Results 96 patients were compared with preoperative VAS score was significantly reduced. Conclusion Percutaneous vertebroplasty in treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture is curative effect and safety.
