青年脑血管病的病因及危险因素的logistic回归分析

Logistic regression analysis on the pathogeny and risk factors of youth cerebral blood vessel disease

目的探讨青年型脑血管病病因的相关因素。方法对于20岁以上,50岁以下的脑血管病患者500例及年龄相当的健康检查者500例对照,对其相关因素进行统计学分析。结果青年型脑血管病发病原因与肥胖、颈动脉斑块、高血压、高血脂、同型半胱氨酸增高等有关。结论青年型脑血管病的发病原因有诸多独立的危险因素,应积极早期预防。

Objective To study the pathogeny relative factors of youth cerebral blood vessel disease.Methods We analysed pathogeny relative factors of about 500 patients with cerebral blood vessel disease whose age were above 20 years and below 50years and statistics disposal were used.Results Pathogeny relative factors were related to many factors,such as fatness,carotid sclerosis, high blood pressure,high blood ester,high homocysteine and so on.Conclusion The pathogeny relative factors of Youth cerebral blood vessel disease is a complicated danger factor.So it should arose the attentions of our clinical doctors and whole society.We should early avoid the incidence of this disease.
