腹主动脉瘤行腔内修复治疗的临床体会

摘要 目的探讨腔内修复治疗腹主动脉瘤的临床疗效及特点,总结其适应证、要点及并发症等。方法回顾性分析我院2006年9月至2011年5月期间23例腹主动脉瘤患者的临床资料。结果术中20例(87.0%)动脉瘤消失,封堵良好,3例(13.0%)出现内漏;术后20例(87.0%)临床痊愈出院,1例(4.3%)因肺内重症感染转上级医院进一步治疗,1例(4.3%)临床症状稍微缓解,1例(4.3%)死亡,死亡原因为多器官功能障碍综合征(MODS)。结论腔内修复治疗腹主动脉瘤有手术时间短、出血量少,恢复快,微创等优点。
