摘要
目的分析利托君致不良反应(ADR)发生的临床表现及相关因素,总结护理体会方法采用查阅病历的方法,对我院2010年12月至2011年12月使用利托君致ADR病历资料进行回顾性分析结果利托君ADR发生率为25.60%(85例/332例),心血管系统的ADR发生率最高,占72.94%(62例),其余为消化系统、皮肤附件等,注射或口服给药均可发生ADR。结论熟悉利托君的药理作用,用药中加强观察,采取科学有效的护理措施,可以减少ADR的发生。
Objective To analysis the clinical manifestation and relevant factor of adverse effect that causing by ritodrine and sum up the nursing methods. Methods Refer to the medical records in our hospital from December 2010 to December 2011 in ADR cases which were caused by ritodrine. Results The incidence of ADR in ritodrine was 25.6% （85 cases of 332 cases）; the largest incidence of ADR was in cardiovascular system, it was nearly 72.94% （62 cases of 332 cases）; the rest were happened in alimentary system, skin appendages, both injection and oral administration can lead to ADR. Conclusion Be familiar with the pharmacological effects of ritodrine and give a serious-minded observation during the nursing with scientific and effectiveness actions in nurse can reduce the incidence of ADR.
