175例2型糖尿病合并水疱患者的临床特征和护理体会

目的通过对2型糖尿病合并水泡病的临床特征的探讨,从而更好的为患者提供治疗。方法对175例2型糖尿病合并水泡病进行回顾分析。结果经过治疗,171名患者均治愈出院,4例溃疡扩大,感染浸及骨,继发骨髓炎。结论糖尿病水泡病往往发生在糖尿病病程长、全身状况差并有严重并发症的患者身上,所以患者的预后差,甚至可导致患者死亡。

Objective To providing better treatments for patients,we have explored the clinical features of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with Diabetic bullous disease. Methods Evaluated the clinical condition of 175 diabetic bullous disease patients. Results After treatment,171 patients were cured and discharged, 3 cases of ulcerative expanded, infections dip and bone, osteomyelitis secondary.Conclusion Diabetes bullous disease often occur in the patients who have long course of diabetes, systemic conditions and a severe complication, so their prognosis is poor, this disease can even lead to death.
