老年肺癌患者淋巴细胞亚群检测的临床意义

Clinical significance of T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood of elderly patients with lung cancer

目的探讨应用流式细胞术检测老年肺癌患者外周血淋巴细胞亚群各项指标的变化,以及老年肺癌患者不同分期该指标变化的临床意义。方法采用流式细胞术检测184例老年肺癌、166例老年肺部良性疾病患者外周血CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+、NK细胞抗原的各项免疫学指标,并观察其在不同TNM肿瘤分期的变化特点。结果老年肺癌患者与老年肺部良性疾病患者相比,淋巴细胞亚群CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+比值下降,CD8+升高,NK细胞百分比下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且随着TNM肿瘤分期增高,上述变化越显著。结论流式细胞仪检测淋巴细胞抗原可作为临床评估老年肺癌患者免疫状态的有效依据。

Objective To explone the clinical significance of the variation of T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood of elderly patients with lung cancer.Methods Lymphocyte subsets counted in peripheral blood of 184 elderly lung cancer patients and 166 elderly lung benign disease patients were compared by flow cytometry,including CD3＋,CD4＋,CD8^＋,CD4＋/CD8^＋,NK,and observed their characteristics in different TNM stages.Results CD3＋,CD4＋,CD4＋/CD8^＋ratio of elderly patients with lung cancer was lower than elderly lung benign disease patients,CD8^＋ratio was higher in elderly lung cancer patients and NK ratio was lower,there was statistics significance on the differences（P0.05）,and with the higher TNM stages,the variation was significant.Conclusion Detecting lymphocyte antigens by flow cytometry of elderly lung cancer patients can provide an effective basis for evaluating the immune condition in clinical work.
