老年冠心病患者介入治疗术的护理干预

Elderly patients with Coronary artery disease involved in the care of the therapyintervention

目的探讨护理干预对老年冠心病患者经皮冠状动脉(PCI)介入治疗的护理效果。方法对348例老年冠心病患者介入术前在常规护理基础上实施护理干预。结果术前有针对性采取不同护理模式,患者介入术中、术后配合有明显改善。结论对老年冠心病患者介入术前实施护理干预,落实有效的整体护理措施,能顺利配合完成手术,缩短手术时间,护理干预不但有效提高护理质量并且取得良好的护理效果。

Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention before percutaneous Coronary intervention（PCI） in elderly patients with coronary heart disease（CHD）.Methods Adding to basic nursing,Nursing intervention was carried out among 348 elderly patients with CHD before PCI.Results By taking different nursing model,The eiderly patiens cooperate better during and after PCI.Conclusion Nursing intervention before PCI help the elderly CHD patients cooperate better,therefore it shorten the operation time.Nursing intervention can effectively improve quality of care and result in satisfactory effect.
