On Zhu Xi's Poems

针对过分拔高和贬低朱熹诗歌成就的两种错误倾向，本文对朱熹诗歌的概况、思想内容和艺术表现重新作了考察，指出：朱熹诗与陆游、杨万里、范成大、刘克庄等大家相比，无论是思想内容还是艺术形式，都尚有一定距离。但朱熹在诗歌创作方面确已取得相当的成就，他在南宋诗坛的地位是不容抹杀的。

To counter the two wrong tendencies of overestimation and underestimating the artistic merits of Zhu Xi's poems, the article article the general state, ideological content and expressive form of his poems. The author holds that though Zhu Xi is slightly less successful both in content and in form than the masters in the same period, such as Lu You, Yang Wan-li, Fan Cheng-da and Liu Ke-zhuang, he has obtained great achievements. As a poet, his position in the poetic circles of Southern Song Dynasty can not be denied.
