目的针对目前药品市场中直调现象的特点及如何发现违规行为、杜绝违规行为的途径进行综述。方法查阅有关文献,对药品直调的适用条件、表现形式进行分析。结果与结论药品直调是药品流通领域中客观存在的一种形式,药品监管部门应加强对药品直调的监管,严格把握药品直调的特点,杜绝违规行为的发生。

Objective For the current pharmaceutical market in drugs direct transfer characteristics of the phenomenon and how to find violations,ways to prevent violations were reviewed.Methods Through review of the literature concerned,the applicable conditions and forms on drugs direct transfer were analyzed and discussed.Results and Conclusions Drug circulation of pharmaceuticals direct transfer is a form of the objective existence.To prevent the occurrence of violations,Drug Administration should strengthen the supervision of direct transfer and strictly direct transfer characteristics of drugs.
