我院使用国家基本药物与增补目录中抗高血压药品的现状分析

Analysis on the Application of Antihypertensive Drugs Both Enrolled in National Essential Drug List and Extended Drug List of Shanghai in Our Hospital

目的考察我院使用的抗高血压药品与国家基本药物目录和上海市增补药物目录中药品的匹配性。方法收集2008～2010年度门诊和住院患者使用抗高血压药品品种与数量的基本情况。结果与结论近年来我院抗高血压药品的使用量呈增长趋势,使用品种基本与两个目录相匹配,上海增补药物目录更适合上海患者的需求,建议国家及时调整与增加基本药物的品种。

Objective The match of the application antihypertensive drugs both enrolled national essential drug list, extended drug list and our hospital formulary was observed. Methods The category and number of antihypertensive drugs used by outpatients and inpatients in the hospital from 2008 to 2010 were collected. Results and conclusion There was a rising trend in using antihypertensive drugs in our hospital recent years. The most drugs used in our hospital were part of those in national essential drug list and enlarged drug list in Shanghai, and the categories in enlarged drug list of Shanghai was more than a match for those in national essential drug list. Some suggestions such as adjusting and increasing the category in national essential drug list were provided.
