目的探索农村医疗机构疫苗监管工作的思路与方法。方法分析来宾市农村医疗机构疫苗的经营、使用及监管工作中存在的主要问题,研究存在问题的原因及导致的后果。结果与结论对农村医疗机构疫苗的监管应采取提高认识、加强舆论宣传、增强防范意识、加强监管、协调配合等措施,从而确保疫苗的流通及使用安全。

Objective To explore perspectives and approaches of the administration of vaccines in rural medical institutions.Methods Analysis on management and use of vaccines,and main problems of the administration of vaccines in rural medical institutions in Laibin,research on the causes and consequences of the problems.Results and Conclusion The solutions of vaccine supervision such as increasing understanding,strengthenig public awareness,enhancing prevention,and strengthening supervision and coordination should be taken to ensure circulation of vaccines and safety in use.
