强力定眩片质量标准的研究

Study on Quality Standard of Qianglidingxuan Tablets

目的建立强力定眩片的质量标准,更好地控制产品质量。方法采用薄层色谱法对处方中的天麻、川芎和野菊花进行鉴别,采用高效液相色谱法测定天麻的含量。结果薄层色谱鉴别斑点清晰,分离度好,阴性无干扰;天麻素在0.2102～1.5765μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9998),平均回收率为97.6%,RSD=1.25%。结论本方法可准确地进行定性、定量检测,且专属性强、灵敏度高、重复性好,可用于强力定眩片的质量控制。

Objective To establish a quality standard of Qianglidingxuan Tablets for the best quality control.Methods TLC method was used to identify three herbal medicines（Rhizoma Gastrodiae,Rhizoma Chuanxiong and Flos Chrysanthemi Indici）in prescription.HPLC method was used to determine the content of gastrodin.Results Three herbal medicines in prescription were distinguished exclusively with clear spots and good separation by TLC.The gastrodin showed good linear relationship（r=0.9998） in the range of 0.2102~1.5765μg.The average recovery was 97.6% with RSD 1.25%.Conclusion This method has a strong specificity,high sensitivity and can be used in qualitative and quantitative analysis accurately for the quality control of Qianglidingxuan Tablets.
