目的充分发挥违法药品广告警示制度在药品广告市场监管中的积极作用,为维护良好的市场经济秩序,保障公众用药安全、有效做出积极贡献。方法通过文献研究和数据分析等方法,分析实施违法药品广告警示制度取得的成绩以及需要完善的方面。结果与结论通过实行分级管理、规范化管理、制度化管理以及扩大影响面等措施,进一步完善现行的违法药品广告警示制度,使其充分发挥效用。

Objective To give full play of the positive effects of the illegal drug advertising warning system on drug advertising market supervision,so as to make positive contributions to the maintaining of good market economy order and guaranteeing the safe and effective of medicines for public use.Methods Through literature review and data analysis,the achievements and aspects needed to be improved in the implementation of the illegal drug advertising warning system were analyzed.Results and Conclusion By implementing measures for classification management,standardized management,institutionalized management and expanding influence,further improve the current illegal drug advertising warning system so as to make full use of the system.
