摘要 目的快速、简便、准确地检测中成药与食品中的微量非法添加物质。方法用表面增强拉曼光谱法对市场上添加了微量物质的中成药及食品进行检测。结果与结论该方法快速、简便、准确,检测结果与用传统方法检测的结果相吻合。 Objective To detect a trace of substances illegally added in traditional Chinese patent medicine and food fast, simply and accurately. Methods Surface enhanced raman spectroscopy was used to detect trace substances illegally added in the proprietary Chinese patent medicines and foods on the market. Results and Conclusion This method is fast, simple and accurate. The test result lined with the consequence detected by the traditional analysis method.
