浅谈药检所多学科实验室的管理

Discussion on the Management of Multi-disciplinary Laboratory in Institute for Drug Control

目的解决药检所新增职能带来的建立新实验室的难题。方法分析比较了实验室建设的模式,着重对多学科实验室的特点、管理难度和思路进行了探讨。结果与结论多学科实验室的根本任务是推动各学科的成熟和发展,为各学科的分化和独立创造条件。因此,应特别注重软硬件建设、技术研究、人才引进和培养、制度建设和规范化管理。

Objective To deal with the challenges of establishing new laboratories because of the new functions of institute for Drug Control. Methods The models of the laboratories construction were analyzed and compared , the characteristics, difficulties and ideas of management were emphasisly investigated, Results and Conclusion The fundamental tasks of multi-disciplinary laboratory are to promote the maturation and development of various disciplines, and create conditions for the differentiation and independence of various disciplines. Therefore, we should pay particular attention to the software and hardware development, technology research, talents introduction and training, institution development and standardized management.
