摘要
目的了解长沙市5大区部分诊所及卫生站医务人员与患者对抗菌药物副作用的认知度,为社区抗菌药物的合理使用提供参考。方法自行设计调查问卷,在长沙市5大区抽取部分诊所及卫生站的医务人员与患者进行现场问卷调查。结果共有180名医务人员与102名患者接受了调查。结论应加大全方位的宣传力度,促进知识交流;规范社区医务人员的处方行为,加大对基层使用抗菌药物的监控力度,提高社区医务人员的素质。
Objective To investigate medical staff and patients＇ awareness of antibacterial drug side effects in clinics and health posts in five districts of Changsha,so as to provide a reference to the rational use of antibiotics in community.Methods On-site questionnaires were carried out to the medical personnel and patients in clinics or health posts of the five districts in Changsha by using self designed questionnaires.Results Totally,180 medical staff and 102 patients were investigated.Conclusion We should increase a full range of publicity,promote the knowledge exchange,regulate prescription practice of medical staff,increase monitoring of antimicrobial usage,and improve the quality of medical staff in community.
