HPLC法测定慢肝解郁胶囊中丹酚酸B的含量

Determination of Salvianolicacid B in Mangan Jieyu Capsules by HPLC

目的建立慢肝解郁胶囊中丹酚酸B的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法。色谱柱:DiamonsilC18;流动相:甲醇-乙腈-甲酸-水(30∶10∶1∶59);检测波长:286nm。结果丹酚酸B进样量在0.204～3.063μg范围内线性关系良好。平均加样回收率为98.90%,RSD为0.59%。结论本法简便、灵敏、准确,可用于慢肝解郁胶囊的质量控制。

Objective To develop an assay method for determination of Salvianolicacid B in Mangan Jieyu Capsules by HPLC. Methods The analysis was performed on Diamonsil C18 column. The mobile phase was methanol-acetonitrile-formie acid-water （30 ： 10 ： 1 ： 59）. The detection wavelength was at 286 nm. Results The linear range of Salvianolieacid B was 0. 204 3~3. 063 μg. The average recovery was 98.90%, and RSD was 0.59%. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and accurate, which is suitable for the quality control of Mangan Jieyu Capsules.
