阿立哌唑对心电图Tp-Te间期的影响

Effects of aripiprazole on the Tp-Te interval in first episode schizophrenia patients

摘要 目的观察抗精神病药阿立派唑对精神分裂症患者Tp-Te间期的影响。方法收集35例应用抗精神病药阿立派唑和26例应用氯氮平治疗的首发精神分裂症患者,氯氮平组给予氯氮平200-400mg口服,阿立哌唑组给予阿立哌唑20~30mg口服,治疗前及治疗4周后分别记录同步12导联心电图,对Tp-Te间期进行手工测量,计算校正的TP-TE间期(Tp-Te/√RR),并进行组间比较。结果治疗4周后,氯氮平组的Tp-Te间期及Tp-Tec间期与治疗前相比较明显延长,且与阿立哌唑组相比较具有统计学意义(p〈0.05)。结论与氯氮平相比,阿立哌唑对心电图Tp-Te间期及Tp-Tec间期的影响较小,安全性相对较大。 Objective To study the effects of aripiprazole on the Tp-Te interval in first episode schizophrenia patients. Methods All patients with first-episode schizophrenia were divided into two groups treated with aripiprazole (n=35) or clozapine (n=26). The changes of Tp-Te interval and corrected Tp-Te interval were observed before and after 4 weeks treatment. Results After 4 weeks treatment, the Tp-Te interval and corrected Tp-Te interval were prolonged than before treatment in clozapine group,and there were significant diference in the two groups (p 〈0.05), but there were no significant difference in aripiprazole groups (p 〉0.05). Conclusion Compared to clozapine, aripiprazole had less effect on the Tp-Te interval in first episode schizophrenia patients and was much safer for treatment.
