系统性红斑狼疮患者心脏受累的心电图改变

The clinical significance of electrocardiogram and to cardiac involvements in systemic lupus erythematosus

目的探讨系统性红斑狼疮(systemic lupus erythematosus,SLE)心脏损害心电图检查的临床意义。方法收集2007年4月至2008年1月入住我院风湿免疫科的60例SLE患者的心电图资料和超声心动图检查结果,进行回顾性分析。结果 60例确诊SLE患者,没有心脏受累症状者52例,但心电图检查发现31例有心电图改变,阳性率51.7%,47例患者进行了心脏超声检查,发现39例心脏结构或功能改变,阳性率83.0%。结论 SLE患者常规心电图检查,可以发现无症状的心脏损害患者的心电图改变,进一步做心脏超声等检查,以明确红斑狼疮所致的心脏损害的程度,为治疗提供重要的早期诊断方法。

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of the electrocardiogram （ECG） to cardiac involvements in systemic lupus erythematosus （SLE）. Methods Retrospectively analyzed 60 patients with SLE hospitalized in the department of rheumatology and immunology between April 2007 and January 2008. Results Among 60 patients, without sign and syndrome of cardiac involvements were 52 cases.31cases have ECG changes,with the positive rate 51.7%, 47 cases accepted the next echocardiography examination, 39 cases had heart structure or function change,with the positive rate being 83.0%. Conclusion For SLE patients, ECG examinations can find the change, and in the next echocardiography examination ,cardiac involvements degree can be sure. It can provid an early important information for diagnose and treatment.
