透皮给药医疗仪高精度脉冲电路设计与实现 被引量:3

摘要 透皮给药方式具有传统给药方式不可比拟的优越性。但由于药物的低渗透使其应用受到一定限制。针对这种现状,在透皮给药原理的基础上,通过分析给药脉冲信号的各种特性,运用电致孔、电离子导入和超声波渗透理论,以AT89S52单片机为核心,产生几种高精度脉冲电波,并将几种脉冲电波综合应用,设计并实现了高精度透皮给药医疗仪脉冲仪。实验结果表明,该系统工作稳定,精度较高,能利用频率和强度等多种因素有效地促进药物的透皮渗透性,且应用简单、价格低廉,具有较强应用价值。 Transdermal drug delivery system have an incomparable superiority to traditional medication systems, but its application is limited owing to low skin permeability. For the present situation, the characters of dose-pulse based on the principle of transdermal drug delivery is analyzed. Then several high accurate pulse waves and their combination are regenerated based on the theory of eleetroporation, sonophoresis and ontophoresis. Finally, experimental results show that system effectively promotes drugs permeability through skin by regulation of frequency and intensity,and has good engineering value.
