摘要
以武钢2180mm超宽CVC冷连轧机为研究对象,基于现场实际生产数据,利用大型有限元软件ANSYS9.0建立了辊系三维有限元模型,利用该模型分析了不同弯辊力、板宽、中间辊窜辊下的板形调控特性,可以看出以上板形控制手段对其半承载辊缝具有较大的影响。运用所建立的辊系三维有限元模型得到不同工况下的中间辊和支持辊间、中间辊和工作辊间的辊间接触压力。可以看出,中间辊和支持辊间、中间辊和工作辊间的辊间接触压力呈现出"S"形。通过以上分析为实现板形的良好控制创造了条件。
Taking the 2180mm CVC tandem cold rolling mills as the studying object and basing on the actual producing data,a 3D finite element model of the roll system was established with the ANSYS9.0 software.With the FEA,the bending force adjusting characteristics and the contacting pressure distribution between rolls were analyzed.It was shown that the shape adjusting characteristics with different bending forces,strip width and intermediate roll shifting were different,and it had a big effect on the half loading roll gap.The contacting pressure distributions between intermediate roll and backup roll and between intermediate roll and work roll show the shape "S".Through above analyzing,it provided a good foundation for the good strip profile control.
