摘要
运用ADAMS软件,建立了热轧横切机组氧化铁皮清扫装置的虚拟样机模型,对其机构进行了动力学分析,揭示了氧化铁皮清扫装置的输送原理和动力学特性,并分析了影响输送速度的主要因素,为进一步研究开发相关清扫装置提供了参考依据。
The virtual prototyping model of the cleaning devices for iron oxide scale of hot-mill-strip horizontal cut machine set in this paper has been build up based on the MSC software ADAMS.The theory of transportation and the dynamic characteristics are studied through kinematics analysis,and the main factors affecting transmission speed are also analyzed in this paper.It is helpful to the further research and may set-up a design basis of analogous kinds of cleaning devices.
