摘要
针对几种轧制线调整的装置形式的优缺点,结合某热轧平整机的实际工况对轧制线调整装置进行了选型。通过对斜楔块的受力分析,探讨如何选择合适的斜楔角度、液压缸以及锁紧力等,并结合工艺需求,分析了顶块水平度的精度取值。
Aiming at the advantages and disadvantages of several kinds of rolling line adjusting device,combined with the actual condition of rolling line,the selection for adjusting device of a hot temper mill was made.Based on the slant wedge block stress analysis,how to choose the right wedge angle,a hydraulic cylinder and locking force are discussed.Combined with the technology requirement,the top level accuracy is analyzed.
