紫外分光光度法测定肠舒片中总鞣质含量

Determination of total tannin in Changshu tablet by ultraviolet spectrophotometry

【目的】建立肠舒片中总鞣质的含量测定方法,测定了3个不同批次肠舒片中总鞣质的含量。【方法】以总鞣质含量为考察指标,采用正交试验法对肠舒片的提取工艺进行优选,并采用紫外分光光度法测定了肠舒片中总鞣质的含量。【结果】没食子酸在0.001~0.010 mg范围内吸光度与浓度呈良好的线性关系,标准曲线回归方程为：Y=127.12X＋0.039（R2=0.9995）,平均回收率为101.2%,不同批次肠舒片中总鞣质的含量115.5~128.6 mg/g。【结论】所用方法简便、快速,可用于不同批次肠舒片的质量控制。

【Objective】To determine the content of total tannin in Changshu tablet by ultraviolet spectrophotometry.【Methods】 The content of total tannin was chosen as the assessment index.The optimum extraction process of total tannin of Changshu tablet was selected by orthogonal test,and determination of total tannin in Changshu tablet by ultraviolet spectrophotometry.【Results】 The linear equation was Y=127.12X＋0.039（R2=0.9995）,and the calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.0255~0.2550 mg.The average recovery was 101.2%,The content of total tannin in Changshu tablet was in the range of 115.5~128.6 mg/g.【Conclusion】 The method is simple and rapid,and can be used to control the quality of Changshu tablet.
