摘要
目的:探求优秀少年男子举重运动员身体形态、身体素质的选材模型。方法:福建省在训的25名健将级和一级少年轻量级男子举重运动员为研究对象。通过文献资料法、专家筛选法、主成分因子分析法,探寻举重选材的指标模型,进而探求选材模型。结果:体型因子为髂宽指数,充实度因子为克托莱指数,围度因子为上臂松紧差,上肢力量因子为左握力,腿部爆发力因子为纵跳,专项素质因子为后蹲。结论:在对主成分因子处理的基础上,构建了选材的均值模型和权重模型,其中一级指标形态与素质的权重为0.48:0.52,构建了身体形态、身体素质单项和综合评分标准的选材模型。
Objective: in order to explore the model of choosing excellent young weightlifting athletes by measuring their body shape and quality. Method: 25 high level athletes and young athletes in training as research object in Fujian province. The research based on literature, expert selection and principal component factor analysis are used to explore index model of weightlifting selection, and then to construct selection model. Result: Iliac width index as the shape factor, plumpness factor as quetelet index, upper arm circumference factor as the elastic differential, the power factor as the left upper limb grip strength, leg explosive power factor as vertical jump, the quality factor as the special squat. Conclusion: Base on dealing with the principal components, the selection of the mean model and the weight model have been constructed, of which the weight of level indicator about shape and quality is 0, 48: 0.52, and then the selection model about individual and comprehensive grading standard for the body shape and quality being built.
