对现阶段我国实行股份制的思考

My reflections on the stock system currently implemented in China

现阶段我国实行股分制的目的是转换企业的经营机制 ,实现产业重组 ,提高企业的经济效率。但在股份制改造中存在不少问题。如 :不管条件如何 ,认为只要实行股份制 ,就救活了企业 ;以实行股份制为名 ,套取股民财产 ;行政干预过多 ;国有股、法人股不能上市流通等等 ;实行股份制改造 ,要真正按《公司法》的要求进行。

砊he implementation of stock system currently serves a function in transforming managerial mechanism,in reorgnizing the enterprises,and in getting on the stick.However,there are many problems in implementing this system,such as blind implementation of the stock system in some enterprises,fraudulently purchase of stocks for profit making,too much administrative intervention,etc.The laws concerned must be strickly obeyed in the implementation of the system.
