干细胞:糖尿病β细胞的源泉

摘要 治疗糖尿病最理想的途径为重建胰岛功能,恢复生理调节。胰岛细胞移植可以达到此目的,但由于供体来源缺乏及移植排斥反应阻碍了其广泛应用。而胚胎发育时,胚胎干细胞可以分化为各种功能细胞,包括胰岛细胞,为临床应用干细胞移植取代胰岛细胞移植治疗糖尿病提供了依据。本文就近年来不同来源的干细胞诱导分化为胰岛细胞治疗糖尿病的若干基础研究和临床治疗进展进行了简要综述。 Reconstruction of islet function and restore its physical regulation is the ideal treatment for Diabetes Mellitus(DM).Islet transplantation is restricted greatly due to the scarce source of donor and the graft rejection reactions;while the fact that embryonic stem cells could differentiate into all cell types,including β cells,is the foundation of stem cell treatment for DM.Here the studies in inducing of different stem cells into β cells to treat DM worldwide are reviewed.
