摘要
采用物理检验、差热分析、X射线衍射分析、扫描电镜和高压水银测孔等现代测试方法,研究了我国研制生产的120℃油井水泥在22—300℃和39.2MPa水热条件下的物理性能、水化产物、硬化过程以及水泥石结构等,从而为指导该水泥的正常生产及其在高温固井作业中的正确使用提供了理论依据。
Physical tests and some modern experimental methods such as DTA, XRD and SEM were used to investigate physical properties, hydration products, hardening proeess and structure of hardened cement paste of 120℃ oil well cement developed in China under the conditions of temperature 22—300℃ and hydrothermal pressure about 39.2MPa. Therefore, theoretical basis is provided for directing the normal manufacture of this kind of cement and its correct usages in the high temperature well cementation.
