Determination of Na^+ K^+ in Potassium sodium dehydroandrographolide succinate by ion chromatography

【目的】建立炎琥宁原料药中的钠钾比测定方法。【方法】选取不同厂家的炎琥宁原料药,采用ICS-5000离子色谱系统,以IonPac AS12A分析柱,IonPac AG12A为保护柱,甲烷磺酸(MSA)作为淋洗液,流速为1.0 ml/min,样品稀释过滤后直接进样分析。【结果】钠、钾离子测定方法的加标回收率分别为96%和96.8%,线性相关系数为99.99%。【结论】本法简便、灵敏、准确,适用炎琥宁原料药中的钠钾比测定。

【Objective】To establish method for the concentration determination of Na＋/K＋ in Potassium sodium dehydroandrographolide succinate.【Methods】 To collect different manufacturer Potassium sodium dehydroandrographolide succinate.Concentration determination of Na＋and K＋ was performed in ICS-5000 capillary ion chromatography system.Using IonPac AS12A analytical column,IonPac AG12A to protect the column,methanesulfonic acid（MSA） as eluent and gradient elution mode with a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min.Sample dilution after filtration,direct injection analysis.【Results】The recoveries of Na＋and K＋concentration determination were 96% and 96.8%,respectively.The correlation coefficient is 99.99%.Test results were consistent with the carbonate residue analysis.【Conclusion】 The method is simple,precise,accurate and applicable for determination of Na＋/K＋in Potassium sodium dehydroandrographolide succinate.
