模糊综合评判法在中医疗效评价中的应用

Application of fuzzy comprehensive method in effectiveness evaluation of Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment

【目的】探讨模糊综合评判法在中医治疗效果评价中的应用。【方法】采用模糊综合评判法构建中医疗效评价模型,对中老年男性慢性尿酸性肾病的治疗结果进行比较。【结果】治疗组(西药组)治疗1个月和3个月综合得分为73.6和76.6;对照组(中西医结合组)治疗1个月和3个月综合得分为84.2和91.1。中西医结合治疗中老年男性慢性尿酸性肾病效果优于单纯使用西药治疗,应用模糊综合评判法的评价结果与实际相符。【结论】应用模糊综合评判法构建中医疗效评价模型能使评价结果更加直观科学,为中医疗效评价数量化、客观化提供了技术支持。

【Objective】To study how to apply fuzzy comprehensive method in effectiveness evaluation of traditional Chinese Medicine（TCM）【.Methods】It compared with the treatment result of elderly male patients with chronic uric acid nephropathy by construction of the model of TCM effectiveness evaluation using fuzzy comprehensive method【.Results】It is scored 73.6 in cure group a month after treatment and 76.6 after 3 months.It is scored 84.2 in control group a month after treatment and 91.1 after 3 months.The effect of integration of TCM combined with western medicine is better than integration of western medicine in treatment of elderly male patients with chronic uric acid nephropathy.It conforms to fact that the result is applied fuzzy comprehensive method【.Conclusion】It makes the result of evaluation visual and scientific and provides a technological basis for TCM treatment evaluation of quantity and objectivity.
