痔上黏膜套扎加高频电容场术治疗混合痔148例临床观察

Clinical observation of hemorrhoid ligation on the mucosal and high-frequency capacitance field in treating 148 cases of mixed hemorrhoid

目的观察和评价痔上黏膜套扎术(RPH)及高频电容场技术治疗混合痔的临床疗效。方法回顾采用痔上黏膜套扎加高频电容场技术治疗的148例混合痔患者(治疗组)的临床资料,并与同期单纯采用内扎外剥术治疗的138例混合痔患者(对照组)疗效进行对比。结果治疗组治愈率95.9%,明显高于对照组的85.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组手术时间、创面愈合时间、术后肛门疼痛、便血消退时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组肛门坠胀感消退时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论痔上黏膜套扎加高频电容场术治疗混合痔治愈率高,操作简便,患者痛苦小,是一种理想的术式。

Objective To observe and evaluate the effects of hemorrhoid ligation on the mucosal（RPH） and high-frequency capacitor field treatment（HCPT） on mixed hemorrhoids.Methods The clinical data of 148 cases of mixed hemorrhoid（treatment group） which were treated by RPH and HCPT were reviewed and compared with 138 cases（control group） of external dissection and internal ligation.Results The cure rate of treatment group（95.9%） was significantly higher than that of control group（85.5%）,the difference has statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion RPH and HCPT is the ideal technique for mixed hemorrhoid with the characteristics such as high cure rate,simple to handle and less pain.
