摘要 目的探讨超声心动图筛查胎儿先天性心脏病的可行性及临床价值、意义。方法对5 851例孕妇进行超声心动图检查,筛查严重的胎儿先天性心脏病。结果经5 851例胎儿超声心动图探查,共检出88例胎儿心血管畸形。5 851例胎儿中漏诊肌部室间隔缺损3例。部分孕妇到上级医院进一步检查得到证实,部分生后超声心动图随访结果与产前诊断相符。结论胎儿超声心动图是检查胎儿心脏畸形的有价值的无创性检测技术,可以早期发现严重先心病胎儿,应用超声心动图筛查胎儿先天性心脏病是可行的。 Objective To analyze the application value and significance of echocardiography in the diagnosis of fetal congenital heart disease.Methods 5 851 cases of pregnant women underwent echocardiography and screening for serious fetal congenital heart disease.Results 5 851 cases of fetal echocardiography detected 88 cases of fetal cardiovascular malformations.There were 3 cases missed diagnosis of fetal muscular ventricular septal defect in total 5 851 cases.Some results were confirmed by further examination in higher level hospitals and some follow-up results of echocardiography after birth were consistent with the diagnosis.Conclusion Fetal echocardiography is the non-invasive detection technique of fetal heart defect which can be used in early detection of serious congenital heart disease.The application of echocardiography screening for fetal congenital heart disease is feasible.
