阿罗格尘螨疫苗治疗过敏性鼻炎伴哮喘的疗效及安全性分析

Efficacy and safety analysis of NHD in treatment of allergic rhinitis and asthma

目的观察阿罗格尘螨疫苗治疗过敏性鼻炎伴哮喘的疗效及安全性。方法比较94例尘螨过敏的鼻炎伴哮喘患者在接受3年免疫治疗前、后的疗效及用药过程中的局部和全身不良反应情况。结果治疗后患者的鼻炎症状及哮喘症状评分等多项指标均比治疗前有显著改善(P<0.05);应急用药量较治疗前明显减少(P<0.05)。治疗期间未发生严重不良事件。结论阿罗格免疫治疗是一种安全、有效的治疗方法。

Objective To evaluate the security and the effects of Novo-Helisen-Depot（NHD） in treatment of dust mites related allergic rhinitis and asthma.Methods 94 patients with dust mites related allergic rhinitis and asthma underwent immunization therapy for 3 years,and compare the adverse reactions of part and whole bodies of them before,after and during the 3 years treatment.Results After the treatment,many indexes of the patients’rhinitis symptom and asthma symptoms improved significantly than that before the treatment（P〈0.05）.The dosage for emergency treatment reduced significantly（P〈0.05）.During the whole treatment no seriously adverse events happened.Conclusion NHD immunization therapy is a safe,effective treatment to cure dust mites allergic rhinitis and asthma.
