知识作为资本投入，首先要解决知识度量、知识资本度量的问题，但这一问题的解决，是一项复杂而艰苦的工作。本文对知识度量和知识资本度量问题提出了一些假设，并对知识资本的载体与收益发表了点滴的意见．
Before knowledge can be invested as capital, there has to be a way to measure knowledge and knowledge capital. To accomplish such a difficult and complicated task, this paper puts forward a hypothesis where knowledge and knowledge capital are measured on the basis of mathematical models. At the same time, the author's personal views are given on the vehicles and returns of knowledge capital.
