低温海水训练对正常人生理机能的影响

摘要 目的观察低温海水耐寒能力训练对人体生理机能的影响。方法对72名官兵,男43名,女29名,在浪高0.8 m,平均水深1.5~2.5m,海水温度6.8℃的海域进行100 m往返游泳训练50~70 min。结果手足麻木、不可控颤动、手足外伤等症状出现频率女队员明显高于男队员(P<0.01),幻觉、胸闷气短、意识障碍等症状出现频率男队员高于女队员(P<0.01);而恶心呕吐、视物模糊、语言障碍、口唇麻木等症状男女参训队员差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在6.8℃海域进行低温游泳训练50~70 min,男女参训队员生理反应有差异,女队员更具耐寒能力。 Objective To observe the effects of cold-resistant ability training in low temperature seawater on people’s physiological function.Methods 76 soldiers,including 43 males and 29 females accepted 100 meters shuttle swimming training in the sea water with 6.8℃ water temperature,0.8m wave height and 1.5-2.5m mean depth of water.The training lasted for about 50-70min.Results The frequency of feadlimb,uncontrollable trembling,and hand,foot injury in female team members is significantly higher than that in male team members(P0.05).Conclusion There were differences of physiological reactions between male and the female after 50-70min swimming training in 6.8℃ low temperature seawater.Females have stronger cold-resistant ability.
