高寒地区炮兵腰腿痛调查分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨高寒地区炮兵腰腿痛原因,疼痛性质和特征。方法对703名高寒地区炮兵进行问卷调查和体格检查,分析腰腿痛发生原因和相关因素。结果训练强度和环境因素与腰腿痛具有一定的相关性,与职业行为和不良训练姿势有关,疼痛性质以酸痛为主,半数以上的压痛点为下腰部肌肉及膝关节两侧副韧带。结论高寒地区炮兵腰腿痛原因较为复杂,腰腿痛与其职业和环境明显有关。 Objective To analyze the cause of low back and leg pain of the artillery in the high-cold area,pain nature and the characteristics.Methods By the questionnaire and health examination of the 703 artillery in high cold area,the reasons and the relate factors of the low back and leg pain were analyzed.Results The intensity of the training and the environment have some relativity with the low back and leg pain which has related with the occupation action and the bad posture training.The pain property mainly was soreness.More than half of the tender points were low back muscle and knee subsidiary ligament on both sides.Conclusion The reasons of the low back and leg pain of the artillery in the high cold area were more complex,the low back and leg pain was significantly related to their occupation and environment.
