摘要 目的探讨便携式智能输液机(PITM)用于儿科输液的效果。方法将500例输液患儿随机分为两组。实验组采用PITM输液,对照组采用传统重力输液器输液。结果实验组的重复穿刺例数、重新穿刺所需时间均少于对照组(P<0.01);实验组重新穿刺7例(2.7%),重新穿刺时间(5.03±0.40)min,对照组重新穿刺26例(10.7%),重新穿刺时间(19.94±0.91)min;患儿家属的满意率,实验组为236例(94.4%),对照组为106例(42.4%)。实验组满意率明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 PITM可降低重复穿刺率,提高工作效率及患儿家属满意率。 Objective To explore the effect of the portable intelligent transfusion machine (PITM) in pediatric infusion. Methods 500 pediatric patients were randomly divided into two groups. The portable intelligent transfusion was adopted in experimental group, the conventional gravity transfusion was adopted in control group. Results The number of repeated puncture and the time to re-puncture in experimental group were less than that in control group ( P 〈 0.01 ) ; the number of re-puncture in the experimental group was 7 ( 2.7 % ) and time to re-puncture was ( 5.03 ± 0.40) min; the number of re-puncture in control group was 26 ( 10.7 % ) and time to re-puncture was ( 19.94 ± 0.91 ) min; the satisfaction rate of patients' parents in experimental group was 236 ( 94.4% ), and in control group was 106(42.2% ), the satisfaction rate in experimental group was apparently higher than that in control group (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion PITM can reduce the rate of re-puncture, improve the working efficiency and the satisfaction rate of patients ' parents.
