大学生的人格描述与心理健康教育

摘要 依据中国心理学者对中国人人格术语的分类研究成果,探讨了大学生自陈人格的特点与方式以及大学生的人格特征.词汇研究的结果显示,大学生对自身人格的描述性术语多于评价性术语,对自身人格的情绪特征认知较全面深刻且优于对他人情绪特征的认识,但对自身人格的行为特征描述不充分.他们的传统人格特征多于现代人格特征,常态人格特征多于病态人格特征.在研究结果的基础上,提出了心理健康教育的实施意见. In the light of Chinese psychologists' classification of Chinese personality terms, a study has been made to find out the characteristics of the self-stated personalities of Chinese college students and their ways of statement so as to determine the characteristics of their personalities. The lexical study shows that college students use more descriptive terms than evaluation terms in their self-stated personalities and that they have a fuller and more profound cognition of the emotional characteristics of their own than those of other people. but an insufficient self-description of the characteristics of their own behavior. They They more traditional personalities than modern ones and more normal personalities than morbid ones. Based on the above results, proposals are put forward on the application of psychological health education.
