人工气道内吸痰操作安全性分析及流程再造 被引量:2

摘要 目的通过对使用中吸痰预吸罐中生理盐水进行含菌量测定,探讨人工气道内吸痰操作的安全性并进行流程再造。方法随机采样使用中吸痰预吸罐中生理盐水进行含菌量测定,共采样68例,观察细菌生长情况并计算平均菌落数。结果 50%吸痰预吸罐中生理盐水内检测出细菌,无法保证100%无菌效果。结论临床上吸痰预吸罐无法保证100%无菌,易造成介入性感染,降低了人工气道内吸痰的安全性,根据流程再造,可取消设置吸痰预吸罐。 Objective To investigate the safety of aspiration of sputum in artificial airway and the rebuilding of that process through measuring the bacterial content in physiological saline in the pot which prepared pumping sputum.Methods In order to determine the bacterial content;of the physiological saline in the pot of preparing pumping sputum,a total of 68 samples with those pots in use were selected randomly.The growth status of bacteria was observed and the mean bacteria colony quantity was observed.Results The investigation shows that bacteria were detected out from the physiological saline in 50% pots prepared for pumping sputum.Therefore,100% sterile effect cannot be guaranteed by those pots.Conclusion In clinic,the 100% sterile condition couldn’t be ensured,interposing infection may be caused,and the safety of aspiration of sputum in artificial airway can be decreased by the pots of preparing for pumping sputum.We can cancel the setting of pots prepared for pumping phlegm according to process reengineering.
