血液病患者551份血培养病原菌的敏感性分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨血液病患者合并菌血症的常见病原菌种类及对抗菌药物的敏感性。方法对551份血培养标本进行病原菌检测,对培养出的50株细菌进行鉴定及药敏检测。结果 50株细菌中革兰阴性杆菌38株,其中大肠埃希菌18株,肺炎克雷伯杆菌9株,铜绿假单胞菌3株,其他细菌8株;最敏感的药物是亚胺培南、美罗培南、阿米卡星和哌拉西林-他唑巴坦,革兰阳性球菌12株,包括金黄色葡萄球菌、溶血葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、屎肠球菌、缓症链球菌及草绿色链球菌;最敏感的药物是万古霉素、替考拉宁、利奈唑胺和利福平。结论革兰阴性杆菌仍是血液病患者并发菌血症的主要病原菌。 Objective To investigate category and drug sensitivity of pathogenic bacteria in bacteremia of patients with hematologic diseases.Methods 551 hemoculture specimens were detected and 50 strains bacteria were tested drug sensitive.Results Among 50 strains bacteria,38 trains Gram-negative bacteria consisted of 18 trains Escherichia coli,9 trains Kstaphylococcus ebsiella pneumoniae,3 trains Pseudomonas aeruginosa and others bacteria 8 trains were sensitive to Imipenem,Meropenem,Amikacin and Piperacillin-Tazobactam.12 trains Gram-positive bacteria consisted of Staphylococcus aureus,Staphylococcus haemolyticus,Staphylococcus epidermidis,Enterococcus faecium,Streptococcus mitis and streptococcus mitis were sensitive to Vancomycin,Teicoplanin,Linezolid and Rifampicin.Conclusion Gram-negative bacteria was still main pathogenic bacteria in bacteremia of patients with hematologic diseases.
