复方甘草酸苷联合盐酸非索非那定治疗自身敏感性湿疹的疗效观察

Therapeutic efficacy of stronger neo-Minophagen C combined with Fexofenadine hydrochloride tablets for autosensitization eczema

目的观察复方甘草酸苷(SNMC)联合盐酸非索非那定(FHT)治疗自身敏感性湿疹的疗效和安全性。方法将129例自身敏感性湿疹患者采用单盲、平行、对照的临床试验方法随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组65例给予口服SNMC 60 mg/次,3次/d,同时口服FHT 10 mg/d,共3周。对照组64例单独口服SNMC 60 mg/次,3次/d,共3周。结果治疗组总有效率为100%,明显高于对照组总有效率87.5%(P<0.05)。结论复方甘草酸苷联合盐酸非索非那定治疗自身敏感性湿疹疗效显著。

Objective To study the therapeutic efficacy and safety of stronger neo-Minophagen C（SNMC） combined with Fexofenadine hydrochloride tablets（FHT） in the treatment of patients with autosensitization eczema.Methods 129 patients with autosensitization eczema were divided randomly into two groups according to single blind,parallel,controlled clinical trials： 65 patients of treatment group were treated with SNMC 60mg/times,three times daily,in combination with FHT 60mg/times,three times daily for 3 weeks;64 patients in control group were treated only with SNMC 60mg/times,three times daily for 3 weeks.Results The effective was 100% in the treatment group and significantly higher than 87.5% in the control group,（P〈0.05）.Conclusion This study indicates that SNMC combined with FHT was effective and safe in the treatment of patients with autosensitization eczema.
