超声对颌下腺炎及结石的临床诊断价值

The value of ultrasound in clinical diagnosis of submandibular gland inflammation and submandibular gland stones

目的探讨高频超声对颌下腺炎、颌下腺结石的临床诊断价值。方法运用高频超声探头对76例颌下腺肿大或伴疼痛的患者行超声检查。结果发现急性颌下腺炎4例;慢性颌下腺炎72例,其中合并颌下腺导管内或腺体内结石14例;合并患侧颌下腺区淋巴结肿大68例。结论高频超声不仅对颌下腺炎、颌下腺结石有较高的诊断价值,能确定结石的数目、大小并定位。同时,能清晰显示患侧淋巴结肿大情况,能为临床治疗提供直接依据。

Objective To explore the value of high frequency ultrasound in clinical diagnosis of submandibular gland inflammation and submandibular gland stones.Methods 76 cases with submandibular gland tumefaction or pain were examined with high frequency ultrasound.Results The results showed that there were 4 cases with the acute submandibular gland inflammation;14 cases with the submandibular gland or intraductal stones;72 cases of the chronic submandibular gland inflammation and 68 cases of the lateral submandibular gland areas with lymph nodes tumefaction.Conclusion Not only the submandibular gland inflammation,submandibular gland stone can be diagnosed accurately with high frequency ultrasound,but also the number,size and location of the stones can be confirmed.And,the lymph nodes tumefaction showed clearly can provide direct guidance for clinical treatment.
