班加罗尔软件服务外包企业构建创新能力的路径研究:基于接包方的视点——对Rasmus Lema(2010)的解读(下) 被引量:3

摘要 如前所述,RasmusLema(2010)认为,创新事件(innovationevent)和能力杠杆(competenceleveragingability)是印度接包企业抓住因美日欧发包企业核心竞争力前移而空出的创新空间,从而实现业务范围延伸的关键,前面我们已经分析了创新事件对印度接包企业能力提升的发生机理,下面我们主要利用知识动力学的框架分析能力杠杆的作用。
