摘要
本文首次报道了应用高效液相色谱法测定三种非正品大黄:藏边大黄Rheum emodiWall.(Ⅰ),华北大黄R.franzenbachii münt.(Ⅱ)和河套大黄R.hotaoense C.Y.Cheng et T.C.Kao(Ⅲ)根和根茎中34种化学成分的含量。结果表明:这三种大黄中水溶性蒽甙的含量为Ⅲ>Ⅱ>Ⅰ;而脂溶性游离蒽醌及其单糖甙的含量为Ⅰ>Ⅱ>Ⅲ;它们均不含苯丁酮甙类,而含有少量的鞣质类化合物,芪甙类的含量为Ⅱ>Ⅲ>Ⅰ。
34 Chemical constituents in rhubarb rhizomes and roots derived from Rhem emodi Wall. (Ⅰ), R. franzenbachii Miint. (Ⅱ) and R. hotaoense C. Y. Cheng et T. C. Kao (Ⅲ) were determined by a HPLC method. The constituents determined were the same as that listed in the previous report. The result showed that the contents of water soluble anthraglucosides of the three rhubarbs are in the order Ⅲ>Ⅱ>Ⅰ, while the contents of lipophilic free anthraquinones and anthramonoglucosides are in the order Ⅰ>Ⅱ>Ⅲ. The contents of stilbenes and their glucosides are in the order Ⅱ>Ⅲ>Ⅰ. All the three rhubarbs contain small amounts of tanninoids, phenylbutanones are absent.
